Nothing is more precious to us than our family. This is particularly true when we find ourselves in need of services to improve the quality of life of a loved one or, in some cases, protect and extend a life. As the voice of home care and hospice in Ohio, we at the Ohio Council for Home Care and Hospice hope you find the information provided here helpful.

Share What Home Care and Hospice Mean to You
The Ohio Council for Home Care and Hospice is interested in hearing what home care and/or hospice has done in your life and/or in the life of a loved one. Ohio is facing a difficult time in terms of being able to fund these vital services throughout the community. Ohio Council for Home Care and Hospice, along with other home and community based services, is working hard to share the message of just how important these services are to Ohioans. Ohio Council will be compiling these stories (without any personal information) and will be sharing these stories with legislators as they work on funding these much needed home and community based care programs.
In your story please share:
1)the services you are receiving
2)how these services have impacted your life and your ability to stay in your home
3)what would happen if you did not receive your services
4)your region of the state
We are also looking for individuals that would be willing to share their stories with the press and or provide pictures that may be used by the press.
